The law firm began operations in 1994. Prior to that, Michael Daniels practiced as a solo practitioner CPA, offering financial review and audit, computer and business consulting and tax compliance and tax controversy services.

Soon after receiving his admission to the State Bar as a Lawyer in 1994, the business practiced under one umbrella, the Law Offices of Michael David Daniels (which later incorporated). While still offering tax controversy and tax compliance services, the firm began to offer a wide variety of other services, such as legal defense, business contracts and dispute resolution, computer consulting, and court appointed expert services.

Being able to draw from over 25 years of business and CPA experience has proven to be of great benefit to our clients in connection with any of their matters. Because of the volume of work, recently the firm has narrowed its focus to include primarily tax related and business formation services and other services such as legal defense and business dispute issues, to existing clients.

Currently the staff consists of Desiree Jenkins and Sue Palmeri.

Desiree focuses on taxation and accounting, including tax compliance, proposed assessments, and accounting and bookkeeping related issues. Sue focuses on business management, tax audit and tax appeals, and legal support issues.

Should clients have any questions about their file or the status of their work, they should feel free to address any of their concerns to staff members at the office.
